The Ideation Fee is TZS 400,000 (non-refundable). This fee covers the strategic analysis, planning, and documentation required to properly structure your project before execution.
After the ideation phase is completed, both parties will sign a formal contract outlining the agreed scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Upon contract execution, the project will commence in accordance with the discussions and approved terms.
After the contract signed and the idea has been fully discussed and clearly understood, we proceed to prepare all the main interfaces of the project, including the mobile application and/or website.
This phase focuses on designing the core user interfaces and user experience of the system. The duration of this stage typically ranges from 14 to 40 days, depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project.
After the interfaces are finalized and approved, we begin the development phase of the project. This stage includes the full implementation of the system architecture, covering:
Backend development
Frontend development
Database design and integration
Security implementation and testing
This phase ensures that the project is built to be scalable, secure, and ready for real-world use.
Duration: 40 to 120 days, depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project.
After development is completed, we conduct comprehensive in-house testing to ensure the system is stable, secure, and fully functional. This testing phase is performed internally before the project is released to the public, allowing us to identify and resolve any issues prior to launch.
Duration: 7 to 14 days, depending on the size of project.
After in-house testing is completed, the project is released for public use. At this stage, we closely monitor performance and gather feedback from real users to identify any improvements or optimizations required.
We also provide up to six (6) months of free maintenance, which includes bug fixes, performance optimization, and technical support to ensure the system runs smoothly after launch.
