Before starting the company, the name AKILIKUBWA was used by Fredy, Tale, and their other friends (Gerald Tuppa & Winsley Mwasha) in various posts on social media, indicating that they had AKILIKUBWA (high thinking capacity). This was between 2015 and 2018. By 2018, Fredy Focus Palapala (Mr. Akilikubwa) and Baraka Rubali Tale decided to establish a company because the company's big goals were to do significant things globally, especially those that require intelligence. They then decided to start a company under the name AKILIKUBWA COMPANY LIMITED in 2019.
FREDY FOCUS PALAPALA (Mr. AKILIKUBWA)
is the founder & CEO of AKILIKUBWA COMPANY LIMITED, holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT), and is a professional digital marketer, strategist, logical thinker, and business mentor.
BARAKA RUBALI TALE (Mr. Tale)
is a co-founder & MD of AKILIKUBWA COMPANY LIMITED, a professional digital marketer, communicator, and business mentor.
